Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside within the Dominion Energy service territory in Virginia and North Carolina, are current Dominion Energy customers in good standing, and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Dominion Energy or any of their affiliates, their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. Contest Period
Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation Programs October Water Energy Demand Response Program Giveaway (“Contest”) begins at 8:00 am ET on October 1, 2025 and ends at 5:00 pm ET on October 31, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
How to Enter
Only a current Dominion Energy customer as of October 31, 2025 may enter. During the Contest Period, participants may enter to win by enrolling in the Water Energy Demand Response program on https://www.domsavings.com/home-program/water-energy-rewards. The winning contestant must be enrolled at the time prize is received. By entering the contest, participants agree to receive marketing information about Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation programs.
Fulfillment
- Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation team will randomly select one (1) winner from all entrants.
- By 5PM ET on November 5, 2025, Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation team will request delivery information from the winner via the email address provided by the entrant. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
- Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation team will send the prize directly to the winner.
